Terms of study and booking

These terms govern sittings and enquiries with Ponder Latticepoint Academy Co., Ltd. (“the academy”), established in 2016, at 89/1 Silom Rd, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. By booking a sitting or sending an enquiry you accept these terms. If you book on behalf of another adult, you confirm they know the sitting they will attend.

The sittings

The academy provides in-person technical analysis training focused on identifying market cycles. The current sittings are the Cycle Identification Intensive, the Morning Chart Room, the Private Cycle Brief, and Weekend Field Notes, each described on its own page. A confirmation email states the sitting, the dates, the fee, and the market when a market must be named in advance. That email, these terms, and the refund note together form the agreement.

Booking

An enquiry is not a reservation. A seat or appointment is reserved when the academy confirms it in writing. Fees are handled as described on the fees page. You agree to give a reachable email address and to read the confirmation, including the market name, before sheets are printed.

In the room

Sittings teach how to identify cycles and how to write a count. Decisions to buy or sell stay with the participant and with any adviser they choose outside the academy. You keep your papers in your own place, you let other people finish the quiet ten minutes, and you follow a reasonable request from the instructor about conduct. The academy may end a sitting for a person who disrupts the room, and the refund note explains what happens to the fee in that case.

Intellectual property

Printed sheets, the column headings of the journal, and the sequence of a sitting are the academy’s materials, provided for your use during and after the sitting you paid for. You may keep your handwritten notes and your own marked sheets for your private study. You may not sell, republish, or teach from the academy’s sheets or journal layout as if they were your product. Your own market observations remain yours.

Liability

Sittings and these pages describe cycle identification. Managing money and dealing in securities stay with the participant and with any adviser they choose outside the academy. The academy is liable for death or personal injury caused by negligence. For other claims arising from a sitting, liability is limited to the fee paid for that sitting, except where Thai law keeps a wider duty in place.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without preventing either party from seeking urgent relief where the law allows it.

Changes

The academy may update these terms for later bookings. The terms shown on this page on the day your sitting is confirmed apply to that sitting. If a date or instructor must change, the academy writes to you and offers a transfer or the remedy set out in the refund note.
