Privacy notice

Ponder Latticepoint Academy Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal information collected through this site and through bookings for sittings. The academy was established in 2016 and can be reached at 89/1 Silom Rd, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, by telephone at 023851136, and by email at hello@ponder-latticepoint.click.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, the sitting you chose, any market name you give, any preferred date, and the text of your message. If you later book, we also keep the confirmation, the fee status, attendance, and any correspondence about cancellation or refund. We do not ask for identification numbers, payment card data on this website, or information about your health.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer you and to prepare a sitting: printing the correct market sheet, holding the correct chair, and sending the confirmation. We use booking records to provide the sitting, to handle refunds, and to keep an account of fees. The legal bases are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and the academy’s legitimate interest in running a small teaching room and defending against disputes. Where Thai law requires consent, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it without affecting a contract that is already underway, except where the data is still needed to finish that contract.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become a booking are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted. Booking records, attendance notes, and refund correspondence are kept for five years after the sitting, which covers ordinary questions about fees and the time in which a dispute may still be raised. Confirmation emails may remain in an ordinary mailbox until that mailbox is cleared in line with these periods.

Sharing

Academy staff read the messages. A hosting provider may process the site, and an email provider may carry the message, only so the note can be delivered and stored for the periods above. We do not sell personal information. We do not pass your market notes to brokers. We disclose information if the law of Thailand requires it, and we tell you when that is allowed.

International transfers

The academy is in Bangkok. If a hosting or email provider stores a message outside Thailand, the transfer is limited to what is needed to operate the site and the mailbox. We rely on providers that offer contractual protections appropriate to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, and we do not move your information for an unrelated purpose.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to access the personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to object to certain processing, and to receive a portable copy where the law provides that right. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. To exercise a right, write to hello@ponder-latticepoint.click with enough detail for us to find the booking or enquiry. We respond within thirty days, or we tell you why a request cannot be met and how long the next step will take.

Cookies and the consent record

The site’s notice about cookies and the local consent record is on the cookies page. Rejecting that banner does not stop you using the site or sending an enquiry.
