Refunds, cancellations, and missed sittings

These rules apply to the in-person sittings of Ponder Latticepoint Academy Co., Ltd. at 89/1 Silom Rd, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. They cover the intensive, the morning chart room, the private brief, and the weekend journal. Write to hello@ponder-latticepoint.click or call 023851136 to start a request. Cycle Identification Intensive

If you cancel fourteen days or more before the first Thursday, the fee is refunded in full. If you cancel between thirteen and seven days before the first Thursday, half the fee is refunded and half is kept because the seat was held and the sheets are being prepared. Inside seven days of the first Thursday, or after the first evening has begun, the fee is kept. Work already started means the cohort has met and your printed sheets have been issued. A change of market after printing may be refused if it would need a new set of sheets inside that seven-day window.

Morning Chart Room

A drop-in cancelled before the Tuesday begins is refunded in full. Once that Tuesday’s sitting has started, the drop-in fee is kept. On a four-Tuesday block, a Tuesday you will miss is refunded if you write before 18:00 on the Monday before it. Tuesdays you have already attended are not refunded. The unused remainder of a block can be refunded on that same notice. There is no separate deposit on the morning room.

Private Cycle Brief

Cancel forty-eight hours or more before the appointment and the fee is refunded in full. Inside forty-eight hours the fee is kept, unless the academy can move you to another open hour and you accept it. Once the ninety minutes have started, the brief counts as work already started and the fee is kept. A second market was never inside the fee; if you paid a quoted second appointment, that second appointment follows the same forty-eight-hour rule on its own.

Weekend Field Notes

The 2,000 THB deposit holds the place. Cancel ten days or more before Saturday and the deposit is refunded. Inside ten days the deposit is kept. Any remainder you have already paid is refunded if you cancel before the historical sheets are printed, which is typically four days before Saturday. After printing, the remainder is kept only up to the cost of the journal and the printed sheets; the academy states that amount in the refund note. After Sunday’s sitting has started, or after Saturday has started if you leave and do not return, the weekend fee is kept.

Rescheduling

A private brief may be moved once, without a fee, if you ask at least forty-eight hours before the hour. An intensive seat may move once to the next cohort if you ask at least seven days before the first Thursday and that cohort has room. A weekend place may move once to a later weekend if you ask at least ten days before Saturday. Morning drop-ins are not rescheduled; they are cancelled under the rule above. A four-Tuesday block is tied to that month’s three markets and is not carried into the next month.

No-shows

If you do not arrive and do not write, the sitting is treated as a late cancellation. The intensive fee is kept. The drop-in or the Tuesday in question is kept. The private fee is kept. The weekend deposit, and any remainder already due, is kept. Write if an emergency kept you away; the academy can still apply the late rule, and it will say so plainly.

If the academy cancels

If the academy cancels a sitting, you may transfer to the next date or take a full refund of the fee paid for the cancelled dates, including a weekend deposit. Instructor illness follows the same choice. Printed journals that you have already taken home are yours to keep even if a later day is refunded; their cost is not clawed back from a refund the academy owes you because we cancelled.

Method and time

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within fourteen working days after the academy confirms the amount. If the original method cannot receive it, we agree another method in writing. The academy does not offer cash refunds at the door during a sitting that is underway.

Materials

Journals and sheets are prepared for a named person and a named market. Once printed for you, they are not resold. That is why late cancellations keep part or all of the fee, as set out above. Unused blank stock that was never personalised is not charged as a materials fee.
